Machining available on any kind of material starting from raw BARS, FORGINGS or CASTINGS. Our machinery allows for the processing of almost all possible materials from Carbon Steel Low-Alloy Steel, Austenitic Stainless Steel, Duplex and Superduplex, Nichel Alloy, Titanium and other even special.

CUTTING

Automatic cutting machines to cut bars up to 410mm diameter.

LATHING

Turning department with 8 horizontal and vertical FANUC CNC lathes with automatic mechanical turrets to handle and process from diameter 20mm up to 1600mm.

MILLING & REAMING

5 FANUC Cutting-edge milling machines to process even very small components up to 5000kg weight. All our machines include latest generation equipment and technologies with CAD-CAM programming to create detailed geometries with extremely low cut widths and very narrow and precise corner radii, specializing in overhangs and small, very intricate and deep openings.

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

RB Srl offers a complete Supply Chain Management service starting from specific material data sheets issuing and raw material procurement in line with project requirements. All our suppliers are qualified and constantly monitored by our Quality Management System.

MARKING e TRACEABILITY

It is our Quality Management System responsibility and purpose to maintain throughout all manufacturing processes a complete and clear traceability of raw materials. At machining completion each part is identified by means of microdots or using identification labels.

DIMENSIONAL INSPECTION e REPORT

High precision 3D measurement and realization technology with 3D FARO Laser Scanner. During on-site data capture, the laser scanner immediately transmits scan data wirelessly to FARO SCENE for real-time scan processing and registration, providing efficiency and time savings detailed measurement report. High resolution scanning to either perform accurate target detection or to capture smaller areas on interest with greater detail for specific customization.

NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING

RB Srl Quality Control department offers the following in-house non-destructive testing as first investigation method: Dye Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing and Ultrasonic Testing conducted by NDT Level 2 ISO 9712 and SNT-TC-1A qualified personnel.

Complete Supply Chain Management also for out-sourced welding activities and special coatings in line with project requirements.

LOGISTIC e TRANSPORT

Lifting equipment with 6.3 Ton capacity with 3 fork lift truck, mobile crane and overhead crane. On-site delivery also available by means of own vehicle.
